Does the Australian Government help local sporting and community organisations to save water?

Answer:
DEWR - Yes. Through the Community Water Grants programme, the Australian Government offers grants to help local community organisations save, recycle or improve the health of their local water resources. You may want to go to the Community Water Grants website to read about the Blyth Bowling Club in South Australia who received a grant to install a synthetic bowling green and save water.
