About Pauline Brooks

Pauline BrooksPauline has a background as a Physiotherapist and is currently working as a Consultant, trainer and facilitator in the area of Physical Activity, Health, Recreation and Active Ageing. As an author, educator and speaker Pauline has promoted positive ageing and ‘health for life’ throughout her career and has worked nationally and internationally for Governments, Corporate and Community organizations.

Pauline is a Consultant with Active Ageing Australia™ and co-author of the organization’s National Training program, Easy Moves for Active Ageing-EMAAź.
In 1995 Pauline was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for her contribution to the health and fitness of the community and in 2003 received the Centenary Medal for her services to older people. She was recently appointed Chair for the State Physical Activity Council of South Australia.
