About Meghan Bailey

I am a human resources professional with experience in the private and government sectors, gained in Australia and internationally. I currently manage the Recruitment Team at 'Australian Volunteers International' (AVI), recruiting professionals to work overseas in developing countries as well as in indigenous Australian communities.

I commenced my career working in international organisations based in Sydney, and I held Human Resources Manager roles in the manufacturing, information technology, banking and professional services industries. I participated in the AVI program myself, working with the United Nations Development Programme in Mozambique as a Learning Manager. I have also performed consulting roles in Asia, North Africa and the Middle East with UN agencies on change management and learning initiatives.
I hold a Bachelor of Business majoring in employment relations as well as postgraduate qualifications in international Human Resource Management and counselling.
