About Graeme Rossiter

I am the National Program Manager for the Australian government's Sharing Health Care Initiative which includes a range of chronic condition self-management models and have overseen the implementation of the Initiative since April 2000. I have worked for the Department of Health and Ageing since 1993 and have primarily focused on health workforce policy and education and training reforms including in the Department's Office for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health.

I have had a varied health career, which includes health service provision and senior administration in Australian private and public pathology laboratories, and have undertaken a range of staffing reviews within a hospital and community sector context.
