About Dave Tuff
I have been working as a Chef for twenty five years. I did most of my training in Canberra, before moving to London to work as a Senior Sous Chef in a West End hotel. I returned to Australia to run several restaurants and hotels in Sydney and Canberra as Executive Chef, and then settled in Sydney to run my own café for a few years. I returned to Canberra to open a cafe and juice bar, and now work as a Chef for a well known football club bistro.
