I am a Chartered Chemist and a Technical Specialist Water for the ACTEW Corporation.

ACTEW Corporation provides a potable water supply to approximately 360,000 thousand people in the Australian Capital Territory and Queanbeyan. I commenced with ACTEW in 1989. I am responsible for management of the Utilities Management Agreement for the operation and maintenance of the water and sewerage business, water planning, regulatory matters, the capital works expenditure program and licensing and compliance matters.

I can answer questions relating to the ACT and Queanbeyan water supply and current water situation, as well as what is involved in ensuring a secure supply into the future. This includes the proposal that involves adding recycled water back into the ACT and Queanbeyan’s potable water supply.
