The Pension Loan Scheme is available to Centrelink customers who are ineligible for a pension because of their income or assets (but not both) and those who can only get a reduced rate of pension it is also available to eligible pension-age war veterans and their partners. The scheme allows customers to access capital tied up in their real estate assets.
