Question:
Which is the best cooking oil to use?

Answer:
Vinni - It’s best to include a variety of different oils in your diet. The Heart Foundation recommends that moderate amounts of oils such as canola, sunflower, soybean, olive, peanut, macadamia, sesame seed and grapeseed are all suitable.
