My mother of 70 years has been advised to change her diet to a diabetes style of eating. She needs to exercise to as she is overweight. Please advise the best links for information on diet plan. Also, are you able to provide any voluntary contacts that can assist with transporting her to pools to do water aerobics. She is located in Stirling, Canberra.
