Question & Answer

We are discussing Nutrition for a happy, healthy life
With Jacinta Dugbaza, Sarah Flanagan and Vinni Dang

Question:
What is the difference nutritionally between fresh and packaged frozen fish?

Answer:
Vinni - Frozen and canned produce is virtually identical in terms of nutrition to its fresh counterparts.
Additionally, if you live in an area where fresh fish is shipped long distances or stored for long periods of time before purchase, frozen produce may actually be higher in nutritional content. This is because over time, fresh produce can lose some of its nutrients.
