National Stroke Foundation

The National Stroke Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to stop stroke, save lives and end suffering and is the only national charity dedicated exclusively to stroke. The NSF is dedicated to raising awareness, preventing stroke, facilitating research, improving treatment and making life for better stroke survivors.

Recognise the signs of stroke using FAST

FAST stands for Facial weakness, Arm weakness, Speech difficulties, Time to act FAST. Recognising even one of these signs means it’s time to act FAST. Calling 000 immediately could prevent death or severe disability.
