Alzheimers’ Australia has released a new book on 'Legal Planning and Dementia'. Although the focus is on people with dementia and their families, the information is still relevant to any older person. The book offers useful information on such topics as:

  • legal planning
  • legal implications of dementia
  • legal planning resources available to you in your State or Territory
  • financial decisions
  • medical treatment
  • driving
  • employment

You can download a copy from the Alzheimers' Australia website or you can contact the Dementia Helpline on 1800 639 331.
