Question:
My new Dell keyboard, when typing reverts to small fonte, no caps lock on help!

Answer:
Gloria - Here are some procedures for you to try:

1. Turn off power to the computer
Unplug the mouse and the keyboard
Plug them in again firmly

2. If your Dell new keyboard came with some software, ensure that you have installed this software correctly. You can also try reinstalling it. If you have recently upgraded to a new version of Windows you might need an updated version of the keyboard software. You can contact Dell and ask if there is an update.

3. There might be a problem with the driver program for your mouse or keyboard.
Remove and reinstall your old driver (see Windows Help on how to do this)

4. Contact Dell to see if there is an updated driver for your keyboard.

I hope the above will enable you to solve your problem. Goodluck!
