Language, Literacy and Numeracy Training is available if you are registered with Centrelink to find work and would like to improve your skills in these areas via the Department of Education, Science and Training.

If you are eligible you will receive up to 400 hours of basic adult language, literacy and numeracy training. Training is conducted for between six and 20 hours a week for a period of 20 to 52 weeks.

It is conducted in small groups and can also be undertaken by distance education.
