  • developing a Job Search Plan to help you get work
  • helping you to build your job search skills by giving you job search training and additional support to improve your job applications
  • contacting you regularly, at least every three months, and more frequently if you have been unemployed for more than 12 months
  • providing help with access to training, vocational programs, counselling, work experience and other services
  • providing more intensive job search activities and work preparation with fortnightly contact, and
  • providing additional services, facilities and activities, such as interpreter services or travel assistance if you are referred to a job interview by your Job Network member.
Your Job Network member has access to a Job Seeker Account which can be used to purchase services and other assistance to help you obtain work. In addition, mature age job seekers may access a Training Account to provide additional work related training.
