I'm 73 living in Over 50's Village - had a TIA 11 years ago affecting my left leg and balance. Security door opens out wards and finding it awkward when carrying things. Am I eligible to convert security door to sliding?

Answer:
Neil This is a very difficult question to answer without actually viewing the door and the position of the door frame. In this instance I suggest you contact a local company that manufacture and install aluminium security doors and ask for somebody to visit your home and measure up the possible options available to you and provide a written quote for any suggested modifications.
