Question & Answer

We are discussing Grandparents Raising Grandchildren
With Deanne O'Keefe and Anne Clarke

Question:
Where can I get information about my entitlements to this assistance?

Answer:
Anne - The majority of this Australian Government financial assistance is managed through the Family Assistance Office and Centrelink. The Family Assistance Office is made up of Centrelink Customer Service Centres, Medicare Offices, and Tax Office shop fronts.

For more information on financial assistance from FaCS contact Centrelink on 13 10 21 or visit http://www.centrelink.gov.au or the Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50 or visit http://www.familyassist.gov.au/
