Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH)

The EACH program is a small, limited program which enables frail, aged people to remain in their homes by providing care at the level currently provided in a high care residential aged care facility.
To be eligible you must be assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team. Your local Commonwealth Carelink Centre can advise you about the availability of EACH packages in your region.
