What are those thin asian noodles and where do I find them? I had some in a restaurant and would like to try cooking them myself.

Answer:
Roger - These noodles are called Asian glass noodles and can be bought in your local Asian shop. They can also be found in your supermarket, I am sure if you ask the supermarket staff they will have them on the shelf. Again, they are called Asian glass noodles.
