The Aged Care Complaints Investigation Scheme allows anyone to make a complaint about any issue that affects a person who is, or was, eligible to receive Commonwealth funded aged care services. Complaints can be made verbally or in writing and can be dealt with in an open, confidential or anonymous basis.

A national toll free telephone number is available to ensure people throughout Australia have access to the Scheme.
